Board of Directors - 196 Years of Service

Our Board of Directors includes representatives from the ag and business industries of Ida Grove and the surrounding area. They have a combined total of 196 years of dedicated service to United Bank of Iowa.

Owen Bolte, President and CEO of United Bank of Iowa, has been a director for 17 years.

Alan Cumming, who manages a feedlot and cow/calf operation near Moorhead, joined the board in 2017.

Daniel Dotzler, Executive Vice President/Operations & Control of United Bank of Iowa, has been a director for 8 years. 

Jack Eggspuehler, retired Sr. Vice President and Cashier of United Bank of Iowa, has served on the board for 33 years.

Sharon Godbersen, Vice President of Accounting at GOMACO Corporation in Ida Grove, has served on the board for 24 years.

Larry Hultgren, retired President of Hultgren Implement in Ida Grove, has served on the board for 23 years.

Lance Moore, retired from Kodak company, has been a director for the past 11 years.

Curtis Rupert, who farms in the Holstein area, has been on the board for 42 years.

Kenneth L. Van Kekerix, former United Bank of Iowa President and CEO and current Chairman of the Board, has been a director for 31 years.

Steve Vohs, who farms in the Holstein area, has been on the board for 7 years.
