Kylee makes a difference for her customers by understanding that agriculture is not just a business - it's a way of life. She takes the time to learn about each customer's unique operation, goals and challenges in an effort to provide personalized financial solutions to support long-term success. When her customers succeed, she succeeds with them.
A former customer and UBI intern, Kylee joined the bank full-time in 2025 as an Ag Loan Associate after earning her bachelor's degree in Ag Business from South Dakota State University. Early on in college, an internship in agronomy created a desire in Kylee to return to her roots and serve the farmers in her own community.
Kylee has a lifelong connection to agriculture, having grown up in Cushing, Iowa, and helping on her grandparent's family farm outside of Galva where they raised feeder calves, crops and horses. She was very active in 4-H when she was younger, and gives back to that organization today by serving as a Horse Superintendent for the Woodbury County 4-H.
Outside of work, Kylee enjoys competing in jackpot horse events and staying active in her community. She currently holds the position of Treasurer of the Battle Creek Women's Club.
