"Cash Rent: Which Side of the Fence Are You On?" was the title of the presentation given by Bob Roby, Kiley Todd and Todd Schultz at the Women in Denim conference. The conference was held at Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa and their session had over 40 attendees. They discussed the cash rent decision process from both the tenant's and landlord's point of view and the many variables that influence cash rent.
