United Bank of Iowa Acquires Rolfe State Bank

 

United Bank of Iowa, headquartered in Ida Grove, has reached an agreement to purchase, pending regulatory approval, Rolfe State Bank of Rolfe, Iowa.  The expected closing date is April, 2019.

 

Owen C. Bolte, President & CEO of United Bank of Iowa, stated, “With offices in Storm Lake, Rockwell City, Fort Dodge, and Pocahontas, adding an office in Rolfe is a nice fit for this market area.
