Rockwell City

This harvest season the Rockwell City office started a new tradition focused on connecting with Ag customers in their setting and on a more personal level. Cleverly named "Fuel the Farmer", they have set a goal to visit at least two farming operations per day. In the case of a rainy day, they have been meeting farmers at their shops or home places.

Staff from the Rockwell City office said that "Fuel the Farmer" has been very well received and they have also gotten a few hand-written thank you notes. What a great way to show our customers the United Bank of Iowa difference. An outstanding job done by everyone at the Rockwell City office who helped prepare meals to go out to the field, participated in the deliveries, and covered for other team members who were out of the offices serving!
