Myrtue's Learning for Life Program - Harlan


United Bank of Iowa donates $2,000 to Myrtue's Learning for Life

 
United Bank of Iowa recently donated $2,000 to Myrtue's Learning for Life Program, based in Harlan. Offered through Myrtue Medical Center's Department of Public Health, the Learning for Life Program follows the Parents as Teachers curriculum and offers developmental information and support to parents of infants and young children in Harrison, Monona and Shelby County. The money for this donation was raised by UBI employees, with funds being matched by the bank, during their UNITED TOGETHER Makes the Difference Cause Day effort.
 
United Bank of Iowa employees presenting the check are Chuck Obrecht, Brandy Roenfeldt, Lee Schoof, Stacy Ferry, Nicole Hanson and Mason Peters. Amy Hoffman, representing Myrtue's Learning for Life Program, accepted the donation.
