1. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to customers and noncustomers of United Bank of Iowa. Must be 18 years old to enter. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. This contest is NOT open to UBI employees or immediate family members living within employee's household.

2. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins at 10:00 AM Central Standard Time on Thursday, February 5, 2026, and will end at 11:59 PM on Sunday, February 8, 2026.

3. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. Online entries accepted by commenting on the pinned contest post on UBI Facebook or Instagram page. Comments must not contain offensive material or solicitations. United Bank of Iowa reserves the right to remove any comments/submission that do not follow Contest Rules. If entrant does not have a Facebook and/or Instagram account, entrant may submit their comment to their local UBI office in person. The person entering the Sweepstakes must be the authorized holder of the associated Facebook and/or Instagram account; otherwise, the entry may be deemed void. In the event of a discrepancy in the identity of the potential winner, the entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the Facebook and/or Instagram account at the time of entry, and the potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of said Facebook and/or Instagram account.

4. DRAWING: The potential winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawings will be done under the direction of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Contest.

5. ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. PRIZES: Three (3) prizes awarded consisting of $100 cash and a UBI-branded sweatshirt blanket. Approximate retail value (ARV) per gift is $148. Sponsor is not responsible for the quality or serviceability of the prizes, which will be received or purchased in good faith as new products from third-party merchants. No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified via the UBI Facebook page and/or Instagram page through direct message to the potential winner's personal Facebook page and/or Instagram page approximately one hour after being selected. If the prize notification is undeliverable, the winner does not reply to Sponsor within 48 hours after receipt of notification of his/her name being drawn as the potential winner, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If a winner cannot be confirmed and verified 48 hours after announcing the alternate winner, the prize will not be awarded. Winner must pick up Prize at the United Bank of Iowa location of their choosing. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their name, city and state and all photograph/likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the contest, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless sponsor and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, the Facebook platform, administrator, advertising and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, directs, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from that entrant’s participation in the contest and the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize that may be won. Sponsor and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies does not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of the prize. Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from access to or the download of information or materials connected with the contest.
