United Bank of Iowa Donates $2,108 to The Lord's Cupboard

United Bank of Iowa recently donated $2h,108 to The Lord's Cupboard. The funds for this donation were raised during United Bank of Iowa's UNITED TOGETHER Makes the Difference Cause Day effort. 
 
The goal of United Bank of Iowa's Cause Day effort is to give employees the opportunity to maa difference and support people in need in the communities the bank serves. On the second and fourth Fridays each month, UBI employees from all 37 locations have the option to donated $5.00 to wear their UNITED TOGETHER t-shirts with jeans to work. The bank matches the employee donations up to $1,000 and the total is donated to once cause, randomly selected from suggestions submitted by all 37 UBI locations. 
 
The Lord's Cupboard serves residents of Alta and the surround communities who have a need for food, household items, personal hygiene products, baby products, and more.  The Lord's Cupboard serves approximately 200 families per year.
