Recently, we visited with Robert and Elizabeth Peterson, new homeowners, about their experience with United Bank of Iowa. Robert shared, "Working with UBI and our lender, Lauren Mohrhauser, was easy and smooth!"
Elizabeth shared that last summer, after finding out they were expecting their third child, moving was the last thing on their minds — until the perfect home came on the market. They quickly reached out to Lauren. "It was a stressful time — we were purchasing a new home, packing up our current home, selling it, and preparing for a baby all at once," she said. Elizabeth continued, "Lauren brought everything to us — it was truly a seamless process. She had great communication and even connected directly with our realtor. Lauren really took all the stress out of the move."
When asked what they enjoy most about banking at UBI, Robert and Elizabeth shared that personal connection stands out. "Everyone knows someone who works at UBI," they said. They also appreciate the convenience of the mobile app, noting they had even used the mobile deposit feature that morning.
