“The difference is the people!” That’s what Kevin Lauver said when we asked him about his experience working with United Bank of Iowa. He continued, “It comes down to service. The lending team at UBI is professional and knowledgeable and we depend on them to help us make good financial decisions. Having a good relationship with your lender is important. Kevin and Linda Lauver have been customers of United Bank of Iowa for more than 30 years. Recently both of their sons have joined the operation as the fifth generation to farm. UBI has been there helping with the transition, as well as providing financing for a new home for their son, Andrew, and his wife, Mary. Son, Jacob, also worked with Faye to realize his dream of homeownership.
